At Soccer03, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sports gear; if your jersey or equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your Soccer03 account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
